Sapphire International School stands in the centre of Pocket Layout Amakohia, an attractive area situated in the South West of Owerri Municipal, between two major road bypass to Onitsha road - New road and Ellen Sir-Leaf road.
The original temporary school site began in September 2010 at No
8 and 14, First Avenue, Egbeada Housing Estate until September
2017 when the school moved to its now permanent site at Plot 15 -16

The school has a wonderful reputation as a result of its educational
vision for pupils, purity and trust in God. The school is following a
broad and rich curriculum which aims to produce a total child who
is able to stand and move with the fast pace of the modern world.

everything that we embrace and value all pupils, parents, school
governors and friend of Sapphire.
The name Sapphire stems from a precious stone in the biblical
context meaning something of great value. From its beginnings,
children joined the school at different ages and so the school has
graduated pupils as old as itself.
To be a christian school in truth, tolerant to race, tribe and tongue of global standard that helps achievining completete development in children, to produce balanced foundations which can yield excellent, conscientious, innovative and strong minds, nuturing children of diverse descent with the right configuration to compete, create, endure and achieve their potentials through worthy character.
